Payment Term
The standard payment term for oubang motor is 50% advance payment in advance and 50% balance payment before shipment
The payment terms is 100% T/T in advance for small orders that have lower value than 2,000USD.
Lead Time & Delivery
We keep certain amount stocks of our standard model of our gearmotors and gearboxes,but aren’t assembled.For order that we have stock,we can delivery the set of gearmotors 2-4 working days after receiving the payment.
For order that contain models we don’t have stock,our production time vary from 5-10working days depending on the quantity and how complicated the order is.
Branding
Our products will be branded under our brand”OPG”and”Oubang Motor”.
We also accept OEM production.We can provide products under customer’s branding,including putting customer’s logo sticker on the products and package,customer’s branded barcode,customer’s branded package and laser marking of customer’s logo and models.However,we will require customer to provide us authorization letter of their branding to do that.
Warranty
Oubang Motor provide one year warranty for all our products under proper use by default but speed controller.If any product failure occurs,please contact us.
