How to choose right 3-phase gear motor

If you are unsure which gear motor model you need, follow these steps:

Determine the operating speed of your machine and calculate the reduction ratio of the gear motor according to this speed: reduction ratio = motor speed / machine required speed.

Calculate the torque of the load, select the output of the reducer motor according to the torque, and confirm the model of the three-phase asynchronous motor.

Confirm the additional functions of the three-phase asynchronous motor, such as power-off brake, power-on brake, frequency conversion, frame shrinkage, etc. The additional functions need to be confirmed by the customer and contacted with our online customer service. After the customer model is confirmed, we will produce according to the customer’s requirements.
