What is your payment terms?
1.The standard payment term for oubang motor is 50% advance payment in advance and 50% balance payment before shipment.
2.The payment terms is 100% T/T in advance for small orders that have lower value than 2,000USD.
What is your producttion time?
1. We keep certain amount stocks of our standard model of gearmotors,but all geamotors and gearboxes aren’t assembled.for order that we have stock,we can delivery the set of gearmotors 2-4 working days after receiving the payment.
2. For order that we don’t have stock,our production time vary from 5-10 working days depending on the quantity and how complicated the order is.
What is your warranty policy?
Oubang motor provide one year warranty for all our products except speed controller under proper use by default.If any product failure occurs,please contact us.You need sending the broken one to us,we can repair to you by free,and you only need pay the courier fee.
