Payment & Orders

				Our standard payment terms are 50% advance payment and 50% before shipment. For small motor orders under 2,000 USD, we require 100% T/T in advance.
					 Do you accept other payment methods? 
							
			
			
		
						
				Yes, for international orders we mainly accept T/T bank transfer. For long-term partners, we can discuss L/C or PayPal options.
					 What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? 
							
			
			
		
						
				For standard motors, MOQ is usually 1–10 pcs. For customized models, MOQ may vary depending on specifications.
Production & Delivery
					 What is your production lead time? 
							
			
			
		
						
				For in-stock motors, delivery is 2–4 working days after payment. For customized or bulk orders, lead time is 5–10 working days.
					 Do you keep motors in stock? 
							
			
			
		
						
				We keep stock of standard models. Customized motors are made to order.

				Small motors are packed in foam-protected cartons for safe delivery. For larger motors above 1.5 kW, we use reinforced wooden cases to ensure secure packaging during shipment.
Warranty & After-Sales
					 What is your warranty policy? 
							
			
			
		
						
				We provide a one-year warranty for all motors (except speed controllers) under normal use. Free repair or replacement is offered if failures occur during warranty.
